Refund policy

We are happy to replace any product that is faulty or damaged. Any faults or damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery with picture evidence and sent to info@hubforbelle.com

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
